I'm offering a new coaching program that I have been using with several clients with great success. It's my 4A program, Achievement Architecture Accountability Assessment. The idea is to get you to complete short term goals, improve your process, and overcome obstacles. The basic program works like this: at the beginning of the week you tell me the 5 things you intend on accomplishing by the end of the week and we discuss a bit of the strategy for how to do that. At the end of the week we go over what you got done and how it could be done better, as well as figuring out why certain goals were not achieved and how to tackle them better in the future.
