I've gotten several requests for the recipe for my morning mega smoothie so I've finally put it together with all relevant nutritional data. I want to be clear that I am not recommending this to people, it's a pretty major meal in my opinion. This is simply what I do in the mornings. I prepare this the night before, drink it around 5AM and then don't have to think about food for another 7 hours. How do you get your morning started? Post in the comments.
